Registration Fees and Payments

The registration fee for becoming an affiliated partner is non-refundable. The fee may vary depending on the service selected. Affiliated partners are authorized to collect only the agreed amount from customers for the services provided. Any changes to the registration fee or associated charges will be communicated by Scalevel.

Role and Responsibilities of Affiliated Partners

Affiliated partners are responsible for promoting and providing Scalevel’s services to their clients as per the agreed terms. Partners must ensure that they accurately represent Scalevel’s software, services, and pricing without making false claims or guarantees. Affiliated partners must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations in their territory.

Data Collection and Use

Affiliated partners are responsible for collecting client details for business purposes in accordance with Scalevel’s guidelines. Scalevel is not responsible for any misuse of client data by affiliated partners. Partners are required to follow all data protection laws and ensure client information is handled securely.

No Refund Policy

As per Scalevel’s policy, the registration fee paid by affiliated partners is non-refundable. Affiliated partners acknowledge that they understand and accept this non-refundability condition before proceeding with registration.

Termination of Agreement
